as for my bachelor's thesis , i am actually working on my first Live2D model for a game based on our team's agreed upon art-style !

Terms of Service

1. GENERAL
1.1. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including but not limited to personal comfort, time constraints, or the nature of the request.
1.2. I do not accept commissions for offensive or inappropriate content, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material.2. PAYMENTS
2.1. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the commission.
* 2.2. Payment is accepted via VGen / PayPal.
* 2.3. The final artwork will be delivered only after full payment is received.3. REVISIONS
3.1. Up to 5 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional revisions or changes after the final piece may incur extra fees.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
4.1. Estimated completion time for the artwork will be discussed upfront. Delays may occur due to complexity, revisions, or personal circumstances.
4.2. If you need the commission by a specific deadline, this must be communicated before I accept the commission. Rush fees may apply.
4.3. Completed artwork will be delivered digitally via Emaill/Discord/VGen.
4.4. I am not responsible for printing or physical delivery of the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.5. USE
5.1. Client’s Usage: The client is purchasing the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints).
* Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding) requires a +100% fee.
5.2. Clients are not allowed to claim the artwork as their own or * remove my signature from the artwork.
5.3. NFTs/AI Use: The commissioned artwork may not be used for any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, or AI training.6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1. Artist’s Rights: I retain the copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork. I may use the artwork in my portfolio, for promotional purposes, or in other non-commercial contexts.7. REFUNDS
7.1. If the commission is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be issued at my discretion based on the amount of work completed.
7.2. No refunds will be issued after the final product is delivered.COMMUNICATION
